The UK stainless steel cylinder market has seen considerable growth over recent years. The requirement for high-strength mains pressure systems makes stainless steel in 316 and Duplex grades the natural choice for cylinder construction.
A more recent market shift away from instant energy systems such as Gas Combi Boilers towards stored water systems with multiple energy inputs such as solar and heat pumps has also resulted in increased demand for more sophisticated and complex domestic hot water cylinders.

We produce components in all grades of stainless steel, the vast majority of which are made from 316 grade. We also produce fittings in Duplex grades for specialist high-corrosion prone regions.
We offer a complete solution for stainless steel machined parts. Using our in-house CAD/CAM systems, we support our customers through the whole production process, from initial design discussions and ISIR sampling through to the finished product.
Whatever your requirements, we cater across the complete supply spectrum from small batch rapid manufacture through to large scale stock holding and call-off supply plans.

All Wardtec stainless-steel components are:

Grades of stainless steel we can machine include: 304, 316 and Duplex grades.
Our production facility operates, Monday – Thursday 7.00 am – 4.00 pm.
Our offices operate, Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
Predominantly, metallic materials, including copper, brass, gun metal, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel including 316 and Duplex grades. Alloy steels for example EN24T and EN16T. We also have the capability to machine non-metallic materials, for example PTFE and Acetal.
